Committing to the best life possible

This time next year, I'll be part-way through one of the biggest challenges I've set myself in a long time. I'll be in Guatemala, climbing 5 volcanoes, to raise money and awareness of Alzheimer's Research UK. #ARUK

This challenge has huge personal meaning to me, having lost my mum in January to early-onset Alzheimer's, but it also represents something much bigger.....

This is about me committing to a different life, a life of fulfillment, of challenge, of full-health, of vibrant living and most-of-all, making a difference.

From running my coaching business and helping people to live great lives, to being able to raise money for something I care about, it all adds up to me; an ordinary person, doing what I can to live the best life possible.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little (lot) scared right now and there was a time when that fear would've gotten the better of me and stopped me taking any action at all, but I've learned to push past this fear and be curious about what might be on the other side.

I say this not to give the illusion that I'm perfect, or anything special (because I'm really not), but to put it simply: If there's something scary that you want to do - go for it! If I can do it, then you can too! <3

If you're curious about how I might be able to support you in moving past your fears, or you're committed to living your best life, get in touch - I'd love to hear from you!
