January Changes
I’ve been quiet for a while now and I thought it was about time that I updated you on exactly what I’ve been working on.
In November last year, a very good friend of mine, had the idea to create a sustainable lifestyle magazine. We have very similar perspectives on life and so I immediately offered my help. From that point (3 days in), we became partners on this amazing journey that resulted in us launching our first issue of Conscious Revolution in January.
I am thrilled to be the co-creator of this amazing magazine and equally thrilled to be able to regularly share valuable content with readers. I’ll be focusing on overcoming anxiety & depression, moving through challenges, simple ways to make changes and generally helping you to become the fully-empowered bad-ass being that you were always meant to be.
Every month, I’ll be sharing insights and tips and then making them available to you too (the magazine is only available to subscribers).
So what is Conscious Revolution?
Conscious Revolution is about me, you, all of us.
It’s a place to share our stores, experiences and knowledge to hopefully inspire others to make small, real & consistent changes in their life to live a more sustainable and conscious lifestyle. One small change will kick-start a chain reaction of other changes and we believe that the more of us that facilitate change in our lives, the bigger the impact we will have on the environment, on our collective mental health, on our happiness and the general state of the planet.
It’s not about being a vegan, a vegetarian or being an activist for anything, it’s about being conscious and aware of the choices we make and how that impacts us, our families, our communities and the wider world around us.
